Your questions answered
Do you welcome dogs?
Well behaved furry friends are very welcome at North Lake Chapel. Unfortunately no dogs under one are allowed.
Is there car parking?
North Lake Chapel has off-road parking for 4-6 vehicles.
What time can we check-in and check-out?
We welcome guests from 4pm on the arrival day and ask guests to depart by 11am on the day of departure. During quieter periods there can sometimes be flexibility with these times (drop us a message to ask), and we can store your baggage on day of arrival/departure.
Is North Lake Chapel accessible?
North Lake Chapel has ‘upside down’ living accommodation, with living spaces on the first floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Due to the layout of the property regretfully, the living area is not wheelchair accessible.
Is the hot tub free to use?
Please bring your own towels for the use in the Hot Tub. Please note: Hot Tub water is changed between guests, and as a result may still be heating when you arrive and not at a suitable temperature for use on the first night of your stay.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of 25% is required when booking. The full balance is due 28 days before your stay.
Payment methods: bank transfer and Stripe. Non-refundable booking fee £35.00.
What are your Booking Terms and Conditions?
